i can not find not find my credentials link anywhere on the page

The login credentials (account password) is only available when the contest stars (to prevent trading before the start time).
If you are logged in with your user profile, on the contest page you should see a link “My login credentials” - check the image and let me know if you still need help 
I have opened an account with ic markets but i can’t get it verified. I have tried numerous times.
The live chat isnt responding

Right, the live chat does work during the weekend, as our CS colleagues are off.
The live chat hours are Sunday 17:00 - Friday 17:00 (New York time).

Yes, some traders reported that today, apologies.
If you are trading with MT4 mobile, please clear the cache of the MT4 App on your phone. That should cure the issue.
If you’re trading with MT4 desktop, please reinstall the platform.
